DM Planning Officer

£30-£37p/h umbrella
 
I am working closely with my LPA client based in Hertfordshire and assisting in their recruitment for an interim Development Management Planning Officer.
 
This position would be on a more junior level, but candidate's need to have sufficient experience to deal with the more complex householder applications and possibly also schemes for single dwellings.
 
Presence in the borough will be required 2 days per week, this can be on site for a day and in the office for the other. The rest of the week can be remote. 
 
Interviews will be ASAP and a preferred start date within two weeks to ensure sufficient time to setup IT.
 
Pay rate for this role will be in the region of £30-£37p/h umbrella, depending upon the experience of the successful candidate - there could be some flexibility for the best candidates with more experience.
 
You must be comfortable carrying out site visits and have access to a car.
