DM Planning Officer

£35-£40 p/h
 
I am working closely with my LPA client based in Devon and assisting in their recruitment for a temporary Planning Officer.
 
You will be responsible for a caseload of mixed applications including householder upto complex minors. Site visits will be required, although these can be completed every fortnight and mileage from the office to the site will be covered by the council.

It would be beneficial to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in town planning and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
