This Yorkshire Local Planning Authority are currently looking for an experienced Planner for a 6 month initial contract.
 
The successful candidate will have recent experience within a LPA dealing with a mixed case load of planning applications. You will be expected to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
 
You will be tasked with clearing a back log of predominantly Householder and Minor planning applications.
 
The client is happy to pay upto £35/h for the right candidate, with the IR35 status determined as inside.
 
You will be working remotely with the exception of site visits where necessary. You will hold a Full UK Driving license and have access to a vehicle to carry out the site visits.
