I am currently working with my Lincolnshire-based client in search for an interim Planning Officer on a 3-month contract. The role will involve clearing a backlog of Householder and Minor planning applications in a fast and efficient manner, ensuring all standards of best practice planning are applied.
 
The council are looking to offer £35 per hour Umbrella rate for the right candidate. Site visits may be required on occasion, but these aren't expected any more than once every 3/4 weeks. Ideally, only full-time (37 hours per week) candidates will be considered.
