Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
 
My Local Authority client is requiring a very experienced planning enforcement specialist to lead a small team, sitting under the Development Management arm of the Planning department.
 
My client needs a 'leader' to look after the enforcement cases, to make important decisions and be available to assist the council on a full-time basis.
 
A Hybrid working arrangement is in place, ideally you will be in the office for 1 day per week.
 
The role is initially out for a 3 month period, however it is strongly believed that this role with continue for a significant period of time, 12 months +
 
The office has good transport links to London.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST have significant experience in Planning Enforcement, and of leading a team.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £55 per hour for this position.
