​Maddy is an Associate Consultant in the town planning contract team, working with candidates to provide suitable contract/interim options within local council planning departments and private companies across the UK.

Before working at Carrington West, Maddy worked in hospitality, where she developed her customer service skills and her ability to deliver under pressure.

Maddy recently graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in psychology. Outside of work, Maddy is an avid gym-goer, enjoys going to see live music as well as walking her bernedoodle.
