Pay rate DOE - Inside IR35
 
Our Local Planning Authority client are recruiting for an experienced Enforcement Officer on a 3-month contract. The role will purely be to work through a backlog of enforcement complaints.
 
The right candidate will have specialist enforcement experience, specifically with the ability to investigate and assess expediency as well as drafting formal notices when action is pursued.  
 
Given the current covid restrictions, our client would consider someone working remotely outside of Cumbria. However, they will expect an undertaking of site visits, for example for 1 day per week or fortnight.
 
Interviews will be ASAP as the proposed start dates are either the week beginning the 19th or 26th April.
 
Pay rate for the role depends upon experience as our client's priority is to bring in the right person.
