Planning Officer/Assistant

£30-£35 per hour
 
I am working closely with my London-based LPA client in their recruitment for a temporary Planning Officer.
 
You must be comfortable carrying out site visits and writing reports. This is a customer-focused role so you must be able to communicate clearly and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
 
Candidates will prefereably be experienced with CLP/CLE.
 
Main Duties:
- larger homes prior approvals
- Householder applications
- range of minor and full applications
- householder pre-apps and duty queries
 
The council are looking for someone to start ASAP.
