Senior/Principal Planning Officer

£35p/h Inside IR35
 
Do you have experience dealing with Major Planning applications?
 
You will be mainly working from home, with the exception of site visits and key meetings.
 
The local authority is looking to bring in an experienced planner that can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team to continue the high level of service that the local authority operate to currently. You will be taking on an existing caseload of major planning applications including commercial and residential developments. 

To be successful in this position you MUST HAVE:
·3 years experience working in a LPA.
·Be comfortable working from home and using Microsoft Teams/Zoom
·Comfortable managing major applications.
On offer is an hourly rate of up to £35 depending on experience.
 
This role will move quickly and is unique opportunity to join a growing local authority. The successful candidate will also be able to work flexibly, with equipment provided to enable hybrid working.
