My local authority client is seeking a contractor with Regeneration or Town Planning consultant  to work within the Planning Policy & Strategy Team, to lead on project initiation; the development of; and engagement on visions / ambitions for the places as part of the Council's wider place-making agenda.
This will include data collection and analysis and the identification of priorities with the community and of other key stakeholders and, where necessary, balancing these with the Council's plans, policies, and strategies (including the Local Plan).
 
The role is to be worked in the office ideally a couple of days per week.
