The company work in range of small to medium scale projects mainly in the domestic residential sector up to a value of £1m.

 
Role & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years post graduate experience within a similar consultancy environment and have experience working with all main materials including RC, Timber, Masonry and Steel.
 
The working hours of this role can be adapted to full or part time and can be tailored to the individual. These hours can be worked over 3-4 days or shorter hours over 5 days to suit.
 
The scope of work covers a variety of new build and refurbishment projects and experience of the following would be beneficial:
 
·Private residential
·High end residential
·Domestic alterations
·Medium rise buildings
·Basement design

 
Requirements

BEng/MSc (or equivalent) Civil/Structural Engineering
Min Graduate member of ICE/IStructE
Minimum 5 years' experience
Experience of working on smaller scale new build and refurbishment residential projects
Experience of working in all main materials including Steel, timber, Masonry and Concrete
Proficient with TEDDS and AutoCAD software packages
Experience of working in a close-knit environment
