An opportunity has arisen for a Parking Engineer / Surveyor to join a client in London. Your main duties include surveying the area and identifying new opportunities for parking spaces, logging the data into a hand-held device and transferring the data for review and engineering approval.
 
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £24 - £26 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements and working from home options are available.
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Surveying the area and mapping current parking spaces
·Identifying new safe opportunities for parking spaces
·Logging the data into a handheld device using various mapping techniques
·Submitting data for engineering reviewal and appraisal
 
Previous experience in CPZ / Parking Design and Highways is essential for this role. Carrington West are also looking for Project / Programme Managers and AutoCAD Technicians with similar backgrounds across the South of UK - please get in touch to find out more.
