My client are a large Water Utilities contractor. Working on behalf of several water companies across the UK. They have an excellent reputation for improving the quality of water flow to customers properties and ensuring 100's of people across the UK are able to get water to their homes.
 
They are currently looking for several new members of staff to join their Outbound call team in Hatfield. The team are responsible for booking Home Water Efficiency Checks. These are free appointments where a technicians go to peoples properties to offer free water saving advise and devises that help them same water and save money.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a call centre, be happy to give good advise and be happy with a role that does not include sales. You will be given training and assistance with the role. This is a great team to be involved in if you care about the planet and want to help make a difference within the local community.
 
The role is based on shifts. The shifts are 10am to 6.30pm, 10.30am to 7pm and 11am to 7.30pm.
 
 
Requirements:
·Good IT skills
·Friendly and approachable phone manner
·Ability to explain the importance of water saving
·A passion about helping the local community
·Ability to get to Hatfield office with ease
·Ability to think under pressure
·Attempt to make 150 calls per day
·Ability to liaise with different departments
