Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Docklands, London - 5 days on site.
Contract Length: 12 Months
Rate/Salary:
·Freelance: £400-450 per day - Outside IR35 Ltd.
·Permanent: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
 
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team for a long-term, £35 million project in the Docklands. This is a key role with an immediate start, offering the stability of a 4-5 year project and the opportunity to be a foundational member of our growing operational team.
 
·Essential:
oMechanical Project Manager with experience managing subcontractors on major rail schemes.
oA strong background in mechanical engineering.
oExperience working in live operational environments (e.g., station refurbishments).
oBackground working for a Tier 1 contractor or a major M&E subcontractor.
