Opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a growing employee-owned property consultancy in Birmingham.

This role presents the opportunity to work with clients across the country to provide fully sustainable solutions across their property portfolio.
 
Your office base is in central Birmingham however due to the nature of projects, you will have the opportunity to visit client sites carrying out condition/dilapidation surveys, liaising with clients and advising them of solutions to meet their zero carbon goals, as well as producing top quality designs through RIBA stages 1-6.
 
Working within a dynamic team of 15 MEP Engineers, supported by colleagues across surveying, architecture, structural, PM and cost management disciplines.
 
Core requirements
 
·Degree or HND qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
·Experienced in a MEP consultancy environment - design and surveying
·UK based experience - 2 years minimum
·Skilled with design tools such as Hevacomp/IES, Revit and/or AutoCAD
·Hold a full UK driving license and willing to travel to client sites regularly
