My client in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Development Management Major's specialist to join them in their development team for an initial 6 month contract, with the chance to be reviewed and then extended. In this role you will have an opportunity to work with Major applications, and assist them in clearing a backlog they have developed. They are looking for someone to join at Senior or Principal in level.
 
They are seeking a contractor on a full time basis for 37 hours per week, they aren't looking for part time staff.
 
They offer hybrid working, but office presence once a week can be expected, depending on work load.
 
It is expected for the candidate to have their own IT equipment. Gateway access will be given so they can work off there own devices.
 
To be suitable for this role, you will need to have had previous experience in Major planning applications, as well as having an RTPI accredited education. They want someone who can join the team and hit the ground running
