My Local Authority client in the South East is seeking an experienced qualified planner to join them in their DM team to work on Major Planning Applications for an initial 6 month contract.
 
They are ideally seeking a contractor on a full-time basis for 5 days per week, however if this role interests you on a part time basis, please get in touch. 
 
As this role has been assessed on an OUTSIDE IR35 basis, the successful contractor can decide where the work is completed. So, the majority of the role could be worked on a remote basis.
 
To be suitable for this role, you will need to have had previous experience working on large scale planning applications within a Local Authority.
 
If/when you need to go to the council offices, they have goo transport links to London.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £500 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)
