Carrington West's Town Planning Recruitment Team are assisting their local authority client based in Kent in their search for an experienced Town Planning Officer ( Town Planner - RTPI qualified ) to join their Major Applications Team on an initial 3 month period, however it is more than likely that this will extend for another 3-6 months.
 
Ideally my client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience working within a Local Planning Authority Development Management team processing a wide range of applications including major developments and appeal work.
To apply you must have a full valid UK driving license and preferably access to your own vehicle for site visits.

My client is requiring an experienced planner who can 'hit the ground running' and start as soon as possible.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £40-45 per hour for this position.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
