Carrington West are assisting their client in their search for a Land Use Manager on a permanent basis.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to work on a fantastic project, reporting to the Land Assembly Lead.   The role is open to candidates with considerable experience in Hybrid Bill preparation, Land access, Safeguarding and Discretionary schemes, Property management and land acquisition.
 
You will need:
·A minimum of 4 years' experience in a related field.
·Ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
·Experience managing or being a mentor to junior colleagues.
·Experience of land referencing and assembly;
·Experience of compiling and analysing data using Excel (or equivalent), GIS and
database reporting tools;
·Experience of operating within a project/programme environment;
·Experience of managing external suppliers including setting clear deliverables
·and KPIs;
·Experience of developing effective relationships and delivering complex projects
·to challenging time-scales
