A lovely award winning office in central London best known for their innovative designs for guest experience are looking to expand due to a number of successful pitches! Their portfolio includes some of the most prestigious and innovative hotel projects across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. With a dynamic team of 30 dedicated professionals this firm are looking to grow by at least 5 in the next few months!
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to present design and concept development ideas where they have truly thought outside of the box to serve a clients needs. Hotel experience is essential for this position. You will be given the chance to pitch for projects and work from concept to completion, collaborating with top-tier clients, and ensuring designs consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
·Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to develop and execute design solutions that align with the project's vision and budget.
·Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and material boards.
·FF&E selection (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to ensure a cohesive and luxurious aesthetic.

Qualifications:
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
·Minimum of 4 years of experience in high-end hospitality design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury hotel projects, particularly in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.
·Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs.
·Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills, with an eye for luxury and detail.
