IFRS Financial Team Lead
 
 
 
Our client is a large mobile infrastructure operator with sites across the UK and Europe. They manage the Access, Design, Build and running of thousands of mobile telecommunication sites across the UK. They offer customers a range of high-end services to ensure their clients can deliver high quality transmission of voice, data and audio-visual. They are working on smart cities and emergency networks also.
 
They are currently recruiting for a Financial Team Leader who will be responsible for the contract and Lease Management within the SAP Real Estate environment.
 
 
 
Roles and responsibilities:
 
·Creation of new telecommunication sites
·Oversee the mass-upload of new sites
·Creation of new landlords related to telecommunication sites
·Maintaining landlord data
·Creation of new contracts in SAP (in case of new sites/owner, etc.)
·Maintaining contractual requirements
 
 
 
You will have the following:
 
·Experience in Telecommunications would be preferred
·Experience in setting up and managing small team of SMEs  
·Excellent organizational skills including attention to details
·Previous experience with SAP RE-FX
·IFRS 16 experience is essential.
 
 
Full driving licence required as you will be required to undertake site visits and Landlord meetings.
