·Develop COSHH templates and provide structured guidance for operational teams handling hazardous substances.
·Support supplier onboarding and compliance, including document review, competence verification, and safety history checks.
·Assist the HSEQ team with risk-based planning of site visits, audits, and inspections.
·Work closely with the HSEQ Officer, Project Manager, and Operations Managers to ensure documentation is practical and aligned with real site operations.
·Provide weekly progress updates and highlight any risks or issues affecting delivery.
Deliverables:
·Standardised RAMS templates
·Task-specific RAMS (number to be agreed with project team)
·Site-specific RAMS for allocated locations
·Safe Systems of Work documentation
·Site Management Plans
·COSHH assessment templates
·Maintained supplier onboarding tracker
·Site visit schedule
·Weekly status reports
