Northamptonshire based borough council looking for a Housing Development Officer to assist in the procurement and management of developments for social housing.
 
Role will include identifying opportunities for developments as well as identifying housing needs within the borough.
 
Ideally they are looking for someone with a membership to the Chartered Institute of Housing but at an absolute minimum applicants must hold a relevant qualification. It is also essential to have previous experience within a local authority or housing association in a development role.
 
*This role is not managing repairs or current tenants.
