Outside IR35 requirement
 
Quantity Surveyor required for 6 month contract working for a reputable national highways contractor focusing on specific works in the Essex area.
 
As the successful Quantity Surveyor you will have experience with change control, with an awareness of programmes, impact of programmes and understanding of NEC3/4 Contracts.
 
Duties will include managing the compensation event and early warning account. Experience with Civils contracts, drainage, earthworks will be required here.
 
If you have experience on the client or consultancy side this will also be advantageous. An awareness or experience with CEMAR would also be ideal.
 
This role will be deemed OUTSIDE IR35, with coverage on a couple of sites within Essex.
