Senior Project Manager - Highways
Location: Leeds Depot, United Kingdom  
Type: Full-Time  
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus car allowance

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join the thriving Northern Region team at the Leeds depot. Main Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager, reporting to senior management, will effectively oversee project deliverables, manage client expectations, and uphold contract commitments. Maintaining strict adherence to Quality procedures and safety protocols, the role will ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices, prioritizing employee well-being. This position will exercise financial authority, supervising contract revenue, expenditure, and budgets in alignment with operational forecasts. Embracing a culture of cost efficiency and promoting the company ethos, the role will spearhead self-delivery excellence.
 
The Ideal Candidate:
- A degree qualification
- Extensive experience in a similar discipline, including a proven track record in local authority highways term maintenance contracts, fast track motorways, and trunk road contracts/frameworks.
- Proficiency in resource and personnel management, complemented by a comprehensive grasp of health and safety legislation.
- Exceptional subcontract management skills and a demonstrated commitment to delivering excellence.
