Highways Maintenance Operative

Carrington West are working with a busy borough council in Bedfordshire with their search for a number of Highways Maintenance Operatives.

As the Highways Maintenance Operative, you will maintain the public highway by carrying out the highways and drainage works on a day to day basis in accordance with Works Orders received to ensure a safe highway network. Working with fellow Operatives to carry out Highway and Drainage works, using appropriate plant, vehicles and materials, in accordance with the specifications. You will also assist in Winter Maintenance operations over the cold weather months of any given year.

Previous experience is essential for this role.
