An opportunity has arisen for two Officers/Engineers with experience in Highways Maintenance and Drainage to join a client in Oxfordshire. Your main duties include assisting with the delivery of highway maintenance and drainage schemes across the area, liaising with relevant stakeholders and contractors as well as overseeing patching and surfacing and carrying out site visits for quality control.
 
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £40 - £45 per hour + expenses - negotiable for the right candidate and dependant on experience. Flexible working arrangements are available.
 
Working within the Highways team your main duties include:
·Assisting with the delivery of highway maintenance and drainage schemes
·Planning and executing surfacing, patching, drainage and highway improvement projects
·Carrying out site visits across the area to ensure quality control
·Liaising with members of the public, stakeholders, emergency services and contractors
