An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Highway Operative to come and join a busy client in Lincolnshire.

The main duties of the experienced Highway Operative are:

• Maintain and improve highways and infrastructure
• Ensure roads, signage, and barriers are in top condition
•  Assist in road resurfacing, drainage works, and emergency repairs
• Work closely with a skilled team to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Previous experience in highways or construction
