Are you an experienced Highway Development Control Engineer looking for your next challenge?
 
Our client is an ambitious London Borough who are seeking an experienced Development Control Engineer to join them on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
·Check or carry out designs, plans, programmes, and undertake schemes under section 106, 278 and other legal agreements.
 
·Liaise with stakeholders throughout the pre-planning application process and advise on strategic highways matters.
 
·Review technical documents and studies, including transport assessment, as part of planning cases.
 
·Supervise works on site, measure finished work and check accounts.

What is required?   
·As the successful candidate, you will have highway engineer experience within a local authority.
 
·You will have great stakeholder management skills.
