They are currently looking for a Health & Safety Associate to work on a project in South London, this is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety expert to work on a large secure contract. The contract will require you to work on site and in the office ensuing the highest standards of Health and Safety.
 
My client are offering an excellent package and salary and this is an opportunity to lead Health and Safety within this department of the business. You will report into Senior Management and the Company Health & Safety Advisor.
 
The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH and IOSH qualified and have experience in either the Utilities Sector, Civil Engineering or come from a military background. This role will involve interacting with all members of staff and include the education of site staff.
 
Your responsibilities will be:
·Lead H&S meetings with the end client
·Write and review departmental H&S policies
·Conduct Toolbox Talks / Write toolbox manual for Supervisors
·Take H&S Inductions
·Analyse Driver behaviour reports and action and misuse
·Review Operations Safety Process and amend if necessary
·Evaluate Site staffs H&S competencies
·Bring a higher standard of Safety
