£450p/d Umbrella Rate (dependant on Qualification)
Initial 12 Months - HYBRID (3 days site/office)

What will you do?
Directly responsible for the day-to-day operational management and deployment of resources across the Repairs service. This role will ensure that the Repairs team are responsive to customer and community demands while contributing to the councils' key strategic aims and priorities, generating contract efficiencies, ensuring value for money, and being the first point of contact for operational escalation.
 
What do you need?  
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:  
·Qualified to degree level in Surveying
·Repairs experience essential
·Able to manage a team of 25 - 30 staff
·Can work in a high pressured environment
