Graduate Civil Engineer - Bristol
 
Are you a recent Graduate or a Graduate with some industry experience already looking for a new opportunity in Bristol? My client have an extremely exciting opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join the Civil Engineering team.

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the Senior Engineer in the team to learn and develop as a Civil Engineer. My client is a medium sized consultancy who provide support in infrastructure engineering, transport planning and flood risk management. The company was formed in 2005 and have since grown to 100 members of staff across 7 offices.

You will be responsible for providing a wide range of Civil Engineering services and will be working alongside the Senior Engineer to assist with design of infrastructure projects. You will develop skills in Engineering software's such as AutoCAD Civils 3D and micro drainage / PDS.
About you:
·Ideally MEng (Hons) First Degree in Civil Engineering at grade 2:1 or above.
·Excellent communication skills, in both written and spoken English.
·Collaborative team player who is also able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
·Personable and confident.
·Committed to working in the office 4/5 days a week.
Desirable experience but not essential:
·Experience using both AutoCAD and Civils 3D software packages would be desirable.
·Experience of working knowledge of drainage design software (MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage) would be desirable.
·Experience in the use of document editing software including Bluebeam Revu would be desirable.
