Office Structure
My client does not operate in rigid teams, which allows all staff to work with all Directors and vice versa. All staff have a Director as their Line Manager who will be responsible for them, will undertake their Annual Appraisal and 6 month review, and is available to discuss any job-related queries. Staff are given plenty of responsibility and are actively encouraged to manage their own workload, checking in with senior staff as and when needed. There is an open and communicative working style with staff encouraged to share knowledge/experience, which benefits all members of staff both junior and senior. Staff are also encouraged to source training courses and events that are relevant and beneficial to their role/position in order to maintain continuing professional development (CPD). They are also a very sociable office, regularly going for lunches, holding monthly social events, and regularly heading for informal drinks/food in the surrounding area, as soon as circumstances allow this again.
