Salary: £38,927.50 - £48,702.50 (15% Flex Included)
Role Details:
My client is a leading rail infrastructure organisation looking for a Governance and Change Advisor  to work as part of the Euston Partnership's (TEP) Strategy & PMO team with opportunities to progress within the organisation and work with large clients, HS2, Network Rail and Camden Council.
 
You will be responsible for the trade-off decisions through he partnership acting as a coordinator between the stakeholder decision boards helping support change proposals and forward planning, as well as additional governance.
 
 Additionally you will run the secretariat function managing the programs change control process and leading and maintaining governance and change responsibilities such as chairing and facilitating meetings, keeping everyone to the agenda, ensuring actions are recorded and followed up.
 
This role will have extensive stakeholder engagement and will require an extroverted, forward-thinking, proactive candidate.
 
Essential:
·Previous experience working as a governance and change advisor on infrastructure projects
·Building positive relationships with stakeholders
·Experience of compiling and analysing data using Excel (or equivalent)and database reporting tools.
