Are you a skilled General Foreman with a proven track record in delivering successful projects within the highways sector?

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman, with a strong background in reinforced concrete (RC) for a highways project in Coventry. This is a long-term opportunity with an expected duration of 12 months or more, offering stable and consistent work.

Key Responsibilities:
·Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure project deadlines are met
·Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
·Coordinating with the project management team and subcontractors
·Managing and leading a team of construction workers on-site
·Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality control

Requirements:
·Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification
·First Aid certification
·TWS (Temporary Works Supervisor) or TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) certification
·Extensive experience in reinforced concrete (RC) construction
·Strong leadership and communication skills

As a General Foreman works will be carried out over day shifts and weekend shifts.
