My client are planning a major fibre-to-the home build across Hertfordshire, connecting homes to full fibre infrastructure.
 
My client are looking for an Fibre Supervisor ideally with experience of the fibre network. The successful candidate will have good knowledge and self-motivation to achieve the company goals.
 
You will be working for a company that offer great opportunities to grow within the company, gain new skill sets and work on exciting new projects.
 
Responsibilities include:
 
·Attend sites to check Health and Safety as well as NRSWA Streetworks are met.
·Setting objectives to engineers, monitor performance, carry out one to ones, complete supervisions and appraisals.
·Ensuring that field engineering cover is accurately provided by manage staff and on-call rotas.
·Observe FTTP repair works by engineers
·Ensure all site staff have the correct materials, PPE, permits and authorisations/qualifications.
 
 
 
The ideal candidate must:
 
·An understanding the fibre network, this would include poling, cable or civils installations on the fibre network - Essential
·Good knowledge of the fibre network- Essential
