My client is currently recruiting for a Fibre Supervisor to work for a large Tier 1 contractor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to hit the ground running or looking to progress their career.  
 
You will be responsible for supervision of telecoms infrastructure installation, including civils, cabling, splicing, and testing. You will coordinate teams of direct staff and subcontract labour, to ensure that operational and financial targets and deadlines are met and that the works and services are implemented in accordance with the contract requirements.
 
 
Requirements:
 
·Streetworks Supervisor ticket
·Competent in OTDR, CD & PMD testing and analysis
·Blown fibre network installation experience
·Computer literate
·Understanding of cost and value
·Previous experience in Supervising teams
