Are you a Telecoms Planner, looking for a long term contract opportunity?
 
My client are a specialist Utilities contractor, working on large projects for the likes of Openreach, NAtional Rail and City Fibre. They offer a full turnkey of solutions from Traffic Management through to civil & fibre design and then the build.
 
Based in Essex, the company have a great reach across the UK, offering solutions to several Telecoms clients within commutable distance. They have a fresh office environment where the different teams can easily communicate to create the best service for their client.
 
They are currently looking for a GIS planner to work on the fibre projects they have in Essex, you will be based out of head office and ideally have experience in the planning of FTTx projects and using the PIA process the plan the routes. This is a desk based role and you will not be required to survey the site. A good understanding of the Openreach Network would be ideal and experience of SmallWorks would be useful too.
 
The role is on  a contract basis, it will be a long term contract role with a potential opportunity to transfer to a permanent position in the future.
