Job description

Role: Office Administrator
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £25,000 + (dependant on experience) + benefits
Duration: 6 month initial contract, temporary to permanent engagement
Schedule: 40 hours p/w, Monday - Friday
 
Are you an experienced administrator working within a facilities management business?
Do you have experience working on behalf of a drainage or water company?
 
I'm working with a growing facility management business based out of Uxbridge, who are expanding their team of administrators to support their field team's service to clients all around London.
 
In this position, we are looking for someone who has previously worked in an administrative or business support position for a Water, Drainage, Plumbing, Legionella, Utilities or Facilities Management business.
 
My client is looking for a candidate who is experienced in using Microsoft Work and Microsoft Excel as use of these will make up a large portion of the role. You will also be using an in-house system, with full training being provided.
 
In this role you will be expected to:
 
·Provide resource working alongside the team manager to help coordinate and manage the    planned, ad-hoc and general day-to-day activities of the field teams.
·Organise and review weekly track sheets from operational delivery
·Weekly reporting for operational requirements
·Administration of safe control of operations documentation
·Data entry Administration
·Ordering supplies
·General administrative support for operations director
·Monitor office issues and maintenance reporting
·Microsoft Office
 
On offer is a salary of £25,000+ (dependant on experience) as well as many fantastic company benefits.
