Do you have good understanding of ETCS signalling systems?
 
Have you worked as a project engineer or in a client side position for rail signalling projects?
 
Location: London 2 days in office, 3 from home
Rate: £516 per day umbrella
Contract length: 6 months
 
As an engineer with IPDR a good understanding of ETCS or related communication based railway signalling is essential.
 
The work will be varied ranging from proposing changes to standards to allow more efficient delivery, to working with the TCSF suppliers to introduce new product into the UK.


Requirements:

- Knowledge of structuring safety cases in support of projects
- Knowledge of safety management and quality assurance
- Understanding of the arrangements required for the independent assessment of works
- Accident investigation experience
