Role
 
·Assisting with the management of the commercial property portfolio which includes industrial, office, retail, agricultural and other miscellaneous properties.
·Dealing with matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments, new lettings and other Landlord and Tenant matters.
·Assisting with the rationalisation of the existing portfolio with a view to maximising the quality and quantity of land and property returns.
·Support of colleagues within the Estates team. Writing reports for Cabinet, Individual Cabinet Members, Committees and Project Boards. Undertaking site surveys, inspections and condition reports.
· Liaison with public utilities and other third party organisations.
 
Requirements
 
·Live locally or willing to travel to the office/surrounding area when required for inspections etc...
·Flexible working but will be required to be in the office some of this time.
·Ideally a Chartered Surveyor with at least 5 years post qualification experience or non chartered with 10 years plus experience.
