£350 per day (Umbrella)
 
Are you an Estates Surveyor experienced in the management of a local authority commercial portfolio?
 
If so this role could be for you.
 
Should you be successful in securing this role you will be responsible for and require previous experience in the following:
 
·Commercial property expertise
·valuations
·Lease interpretation and legal implications of leases
·lettings
·landlord and tenant matters,
·rent reviews and lease renewals
·business rates
·MRICS preferred but not essential, subject to relevant experience
·Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
·Ability to handle large workload
·Ability to handle complex cases
·Mapping skills
·Full driving licence preferred but not essential
