My client are a large infrastructure contractor working across all industries supporting the growth of the UK infrastructure.  They have a specialist Telecoms division, working for several large companies such as Openreach. They have a lot of experience in the installation of Fibre and Copper, Cabinets and civil engineering.
 
They are currently looking for an Electrical Technician to join the tam in the Winchester area, working across the Hampshire area. They are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to work on several telecoms projects with things such as cabinets and connections.
 
 
Job responsibilities
 
In this exciting role you will be responsible for performing Electrical, Test and Inspection works (18th edition) and producing reports and/or certificates, as well as undertaking repair works on and ad-hoc basic covering both electrical and fabric disciplines. You will also be involved in carrying out on site handover/ acceptance surveys and undertaking join meetings as requested, and also participating in the 24hr, 365 day on call/ standby rota. This role is mobile based and a full clean UK drivers licence is required.
 
 
 
What do we need from you?
 
To be successful in this role you will have the following certificates and qualifications;
 
·        2391 Inspection & Testing
 
·        C&G 2382-18 18th Edition Course
 
·        2365 Level 2 & 3 Diploma
 
·        Full clean UK Drivers Licence
 
You will need to pass a DBS to start this role.
