My client based in Birmingham has acquired a long term contract with a housing company to carry out quality checks on new build properties across the Midlands and North West of England.
 
If you have experience in Electrical QA for residential properties, this opportunity is for you.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
 
·A qualification in Electrical Engineering
·Experience of inspecting and signing off contractor installs of electrical systems
·A sound knowledge of electrical building services such as small power, lighting and alarm systems
·Experience in QA/Inspection in residential properties
·A full clean UK driving license
·Ability to travel across the Midlands, Cheshire and Lancashire on a daily basis
 
You will be provided with a company vehicle to undertake your duties and salary competitive with the market rate.
