Role: Lead Electrical Design Engineer - Water
Salary: £30 - 40k
Location: South West
 
My client, a leading contractor covering the full range of MEICA services from design to installation and maintenance within the water industry are currently looking for Electrical Design Engineers with water industry experience to join their team in the South West. Multiple locations you could choose to work from across the area.
 
This opportunity is available due to their recent expansion and success winning multiple projects related to the water industry.
 
Deliverables
·The Electrical Design Engineer role will be required to carry out detailed investigation & design of existing and new installations on water industry projects.
 
Skills & Qualifications
·A knowledge of electrical design within the water industry.
·Ability to generate electrical installation packs including but not limited to cable calculations, cable block diagrams, termination details, cable schedule.
·Experience in Generating control philosophies, URS and FDS documents (where applicable) to client briefs and specifications.
·Relevant Electrical Qualifications
·Experience in Autocad
·Experience in Amtech software
