Rate: £45 Per Hour Inside IR35 (Paid Umbrella)
 
Role Details:
My client is looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their team working on a large rail infrastructure project. This role has a requirement to carry out electrical power and lighting design calculations on fixed and temporary installations. Additional responsibilities include attending meetings to discuss and finalise designs in order to present to the client and liaise with other teams in a timely and professional manner
 
Essential:
-          Experience with thermal and pulling calcs for HV up to 33kV
-           Chartered Engineer with CIBSE/IET
-           Earthing designs for substations
-           Amtech software experience
-           DNO design and documentation experience
-           Experience working in design consultancy.
 
Preferred:
-           Previous experience working on railway infrastructure projects.
