We're seeking a skilled Earthworks Project Manager to join our prestigious client to work on a major highways scheme based in Somerset.

This Assignment Is Paying OUTSIDE IR35!

Role Overview: As an Earthworks Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of earthworks activities within a major highways project. Your expertise will ensure the successful completion of critical earthworks tasks while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
·Manage and coordinate all aspects of earthworks operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
·Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
·Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
·Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and procurement activities related to earthworks operations.
·Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
·Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
 
Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Project Manager in earthworks projects, preferably within the highways or infrastructure sector.
·Strong understanding of earthworks techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaborative working relationships.
·Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
·Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
·Flexibility to work on-site 5 days a week in Somerset for the duration of the 12-month contract.
