Our client is a leading construction business with a huge presence across various sectors, including Rail and Highways. Due to continued growth and successes, they are looking for an experienced E&P Site Manager with a good understanding of civils to help run their growing site team and projects around Woking.
 
Location: Woking
Rate: £340-£360 p/d
IR35: Inside
Hours: 8am -5:30pm, 45hr per week
Contract length: 12 months
 
Experience :
Need to have an excellent understanding in the E&P sector but also worked on a broad section of disciplines such as groundwork's, RC structures, steelwork, and building.
 
Required
Proven Site Management experience within the railway industry
A valid PTS
CSCS and SMSTS tickets are essential
Excellent level of programming and conditions of contract knowledge
