Are you an experienced Metering Field Manager in Domestic, COmmercial or Industrial? Are you interested in a superb opportunity to join one of the most successful I&C Metering companies in the UK? Please look no further!
 
Our client are  Leading energy metering company operating nationally.
 
Due to a significant business pipeline and diversifying their service offering, they have excellent opportunities to join them as a Dual Fuel Field Manager and help grow their offering to customers and clients within the field metering side of the business. The role is offered on a permanent basis and will be covering the Midlands.
 
Role Responsibilities
 
·Line management of Single/Dual Fuel Metering Engineers, both remotely and on-site as required.
·Undertake regular desktop/field audits, monitoring and sampling technicians jobs to ensure safety and quality.
·Assist with training and development of the field force, escalating skill gaps/training issues to the training manager as they arise.
·Attend management meetings
·Attend 1-2-1's and disciplinary hearings as required.
·Any other reasonable duties to assist the department
 
 
The successful Dual Fuel Field Manager will have the following skills/experience:
 
·A clear career history within the metering industry (3phase Electric and Medium Pressure Gas experience desirable)
·A demonstrable career history in this area of the industry. Ideally within a similar management role.
·Strong time and people management skills. Being an excellent communicator with field, office and management staff, along with customers.
·A keen focus on Health and Safety, and the passion to breed this into others.
