My client in the Home Counties is seeking an experienced town planner who can 'hit the ground running' who ideally has LPA experience.
 
The role is to support the delivery of an efficient, effective and customer focussed Planning
Service.
You will process of a wide variety of planning applications including Minor, Other and Householder Applications together with the processing of pre-application planning enquiries whilst acting within delegated responsibilities.

My client is happy to offer this position on a remote basis, but there will be some requirements for some site visits and office working, which will ideally mean you can drive to site.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £36/37 per hour for this position.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
